Directions from the M25

EXIT Junction 11 take A317(Chertsey and Weybridge) follow duel carriageway down to next roundabout(Addlestone Moor Roundabout)- turn left and follow road across one set of traffic lights until you come to a T junction and traffic lights( 1/2 mile approx),turn left and follow road into Chertsey( the road sweeps left then right - please stay on this road and do not turn off). You will come to a mini roundabout and should go straight across and then turn immediately next left into Guildford Street after approx 30yds take the first turning on your right directly after the carpet shop and opposite the NatWest Bank into Gogmore Lane (very narrow road with width restriction) and then first right and first left into Foundry Court. Activ8rehab will be on your right and there are parking spaces infront of the building marked 'Reserved for Activ8rehab'.
